Important Note: When you register on the Booking Program and you think you are done and have an appointment, if you see the words "You ARE ALMOST ", it means you are NOT DONE and DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT until you CLICK ON THE WORDS BOOK IT.

This will save you from showing up and finding out you DO NOT have an appointment and interrupting someone else's session.

If this is your first time on the Booking site and you have not finished the registration and booking, then your information is automatically deleted and you will have to start over.

If you have a prepaid Groupon/ Living Social Vouchers and Gift Cards:
Select only the Groupon/Living Social/Gift card selections to prevent being charged for full price. Refund processing fee of $10 will be charged for a NON-Groupon/Living Social selection.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you are 20 min late into your scheduled appointment you are considered a No Show and will be charged a No Show fee of $15. You may cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before and may reschedule to avoid a No Show.

EXPIRED VOUCHER POLICY


There seems to be a lot of confusion about expired Groupon/Living Social vouchers. If you call/text/email for an appointment and your voucher is expiring that day OR SOON please realize you had 120 days (4 months) to set this appointment. I have heard all the excuses. You will not get an appointment right away. Appointments are pre-booked online. Sometimes up to a month or more from the day you tried to book last minute. Unless there is a cancelation and you find that cancellation in the scheduling program within you UNEXPIRED TIME LIMIT and book it, then you will have to wait like everyone else.

If you wish to use your voucher after the promotional date, which means the expiration date, then it can be used as a gift card for the amount you paid and you will be required to pay the balance of the regular service. The regular service cost for the Groupons/Living Social offerings by Sanctuary of Sacred Space is $65 per session.

If you purchased a single session:
$65 regular cost - $29 voucher = $35 balance you pay
$65 regular cost - $29 voucher = $36 balance you pay
$65 regular cost - $28 voucher = $37 balance you pay
$65 regular cost - $27 voucher = $38 balance you pay
$65 regular cost - $26 voucher = $39 balance you pay


If you purchased 3 sessions:
$195 regular cost - $79 voucher = $116 balance you pay
$195 regular cost - $71 voucher = $124 balance you pay
and so on.
